Garnet

Garnet is a silicate mineral known as almandine, but other types include pyrope, spessartine, grossular, andradite, and uvarovite.  Garnets can be found in a variety of geological settings, including metamorphic rocks & igneous rocks. They are widespread and occur worldwide, with notable deposits in countries like India, the United States, Brazil, Russia, and Tanzania.
Metaphysically, Garnet is known as a stone of energy, vitality, grounding & protection.
